How long will my product take to be delivered? All deliveries take between 2-3 working days.

Can I pay by cheque? Yes, please send E-mail to sales@catsandogsonline.com and we will send you address of where to send the cheque and order your product's on your behalf when the funds are cleared.

Who will deliver my product? All products are delivered by ROYAL MAIL or PARCEL FORCE.

Do we deliver outside of the UK? No, not at the moment, but we hope to in the future. Please keep visiting our website for developments.

Out of Stock? Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within
3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Can I return my product? Yes, if you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it in its original package within 30 day's. The returns address will be on the parcel, if you have ordered wrong size we reserve the right to charge postage

What if my purchase arrives damaged? Please contact us by e-mail advising about any damage, send the product to the returns dept. (address will be on the package) and we will send a replacement product as soon as we have received the damaged goods. We will also repay your postage.

Does my purchase come with a guarantee? All products carry a twelve-month warranty. Faulty products can be returned, and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. Returned items should be sent recorded delivery.
